Inching Along

I'm back to the idea of posting cartoons somewhat regularly. Of course, by the time I have drawn, scanned, cleaned up, and optimized the image my day is half over, and I'm really supposed to be working on a client project. This is how it goes for me-- whatever I do I worry about the twelve other things that I have not done.

Here's the cartoon.

I Did It! I Made the T-shirt!

I posted the mother-daughter, "Now that I am no longer in therapy I find that I enjoy my mother's company" t-shirt onto printfection.com, an online print-on-demand store. Check it out at http://www.printfection.com/another-day-comics.

Okay, so it only took me a few years to get it together. More will follow...

Back Again

I have been making a concerted effort to be open to ways to put my cartoons out in the world. I attended the Comic Festival in Portland this past weekend. (http://mainecomicsfestival.com/) It was fun to see who is out there and what they are doing. My friend Jeff Pert had a booth, and he has launched a fun web site. (http://www.jeff-pert.com)

The panel on the dying world of print was discouraging. However, I have some hope for the online approach, so I'll keep you posted.
